Our pubs (we call them 'Country Pubs & Eating Houses' - rather than 'gastro pubs') feature relaxing bars and dining rooms seating up to 100 guests.
The designs are unique and iconic, many have tried to emulate the feel but miss the things that make our pubs special. In most cases, that's the people. We believe that to have a special pub, the people have to be the best around, with a personality and flair for the business.
We're looking for managers who want plenty of experience operating in an environment of disciplined standards. People who are great team leaders and naturally command respect from staff and guests, combining superb people management skills with strong business acumen to drive the business forward.
